HAVE QUESTIONS BEFORE YOU START?

Have questions about classes, memberships, or getting started? Find clear answers below to help you begin your training with confidence.

  • Not at all. Most people start with zero experience. Our classes are beginner friendly and coaches guide you through everything step by step.

  • No need. Training is what gets you in shape. Everyone starts somewhere and the intensity can be adjusted to your level.

  • We offer Boxing, Kickboxing, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ), Wrestling and MMA classes for beginners through to experienced athletes.

  • No. Sparring is completely optional and only for members who want to progress to that level.

  • Most classes run for around 60 minutes, including warm-up, technique, drills and conditioning.

  • Just bring comfortable training clothes, a water bottle, and a towel. If you don’t have gear yet that’s completely fine for your first session.

  • Yes. You can come in for a free trial session to experience the gym, meet the coaches, and see if it’s the right fit for you.

  • Yes. Members book their classes through the Glofox app to secure their spot.

  • Yes. Our classes are 13+. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must complete and agree to the waiver before training.

  • Our gym includes a full combat sports training space as well as strength and conditioning equipment including weights, cable machines and dumbbells.
